產(chǎn)品介紹 XC6901 The XC6901 Series is a negative voltage CMOS regulator which includes a reference voltage source, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiter and phase compensator. ,The CE function enables the circuit to be in stand-by mode by inputting low level signal.
